I couldn't be happier with the representation I received from David at Ganderton Law. From day one, they returned my calls and emails promptly — I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on with my case. What really stood out was that they genuinely cared about my injury and my recovery, not just the settlement number. There was never any pressure to rush a decision or settle for less than I deserved.

He also took the time to explain everything in plain language, so I always understood what was happening and why, even when the legal side got complicated. And when it came time to negotiate, he fought hard for me and got a great outcome.

Most of all, I felt like a person throughout the entire process — not just another case number. I'd recommend David to anyone who wants an attorney who is both skilled and genuinely cares about their clients.

I had a great experience working with this injury lawyer after my accident. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He explained the personal injury process clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood my options every step of the way.

What stood out the most was how much he actually cared about my case. He worked hard to protect my rights, dealt with the insurance company, and fought to get the best possible outcome for my injury claim. I never felt ignored or rushed, and I always felt like my case mattered.

I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for a reliable personal injury attorney. If you need help after a car accident, injury, or insurance claim, this is definitely the lawyer you want on your side.

I can’t say much about my situation, but I was truly in one of the most stressful and confusing times of my life. I felt overwhelmed, scared, and honestly didn’t know what to do or who to trust.

Working with Dave completely changed that. From the very beginning, he was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand, and made sure I felt supported every single step of the way.

What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cared. I never felt like just another case. He made me feel heard, protected, and confident when I needed it the most.

If you’re going through something difficult and need someone you can trust, I truly can’t recommend Dave enough. He made a situation I never thought I’d get through feel manageable, and for that I’ll always be grateful.

I recently posted asking for help uploading documents to the court. Ms. Karen jumped in and met me at her office, where her calm caring demeanor settled me instantly. She guided me to help solve my problems with ease. The office she works for was not one i needed, but she helped out anyway. David, the lawyer, was able to provide me with a name of a paralegal that could help me out further. I am so grateful for their help!

I found this law group after my husband was involved in a terrible accident due to the fault of a local mechanical establishment who failed at the job and almost cost my husband his life.
I asked in a local facebook group for recommendations and I knew after our phone conversation immediately why Dave Ganderton at Ganderton law office came so highly recommended. This past year Dave, Sean, and team have been here for us through the turmoil this accident has created in our life. We are still fighting through it but I know they are the best for the job. I can’t thank them enough.
They don’t run ads or billboards but I personally think they should be on buses around town!! 💕
If you’re looking for a team who cares about you and your family I highly recommend Ganderton law firm.

I have consulted multiple big lawyers, you know the ones you see on tv commercials or on the billboards and I felt so discouraged and unheard. I was recommended David Ganderton and decided to give it one last shot. Being able to speak with him directly made me feel not like a paycheck but as a person. He accepted my case and walked me through everything. This was a nerve wrecking time since I have never been through anything like this, but he was always there. We finally came to a settlement and I can’t help but feel like David was a huge blessing to me. This injury has changed my life forever and he was the only lawyer that has seen that. So if you are having any hesitation to reach out, don’t. You won’t regret it.

My case has been going for over 8 months now and he is ALWAYS in communication with me. He is an excellent attorney and has excellent attorneys on his team. His team even helped a friend of mine with a criminal case and did such and excellent job there too!
Truly amazing people and I would never go anywhere else after meeting him and his team and working with them.
I wish they did more! I would hire them for corporate law as well!

"I cannot recommend Dave at Ganderton Law highly enough. From the very first consultation, I felt heard, understood, and confident that I was in the best possible hands. Navigating the legal system can be incredibly daunting, but Dave demystified the entire process with clear, concise explanations, ensuring I was informed and comfortable every step of the way.

What truly impressed me was his exceptional knowledge of the law in my specific case type [personal injury]. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies involved and meticulously prepared a strategy that ultimately led to a fantastic outcome (a favorable settlement).

Beyond their legal acumen, Dave and the entire team at Ganderton Law provided outstanding client service. They were always responsive to my calls and emails, patiently answered all my questions, and consistently kept me updated on the progress of my case. I truly appreciated their attention to detail, their empathy during a stressful time, and their unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible result for me.

Dave possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, which were evident in their interactions with the opposing party. He was assertive yet professional, always advocating fiercely for my interests.

If you are looking for a lawyer who is not only highly skilled and experienced but also genuinely cares about their clients, look no further than Dave at Ganderton Law. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance and support, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services."

Dave is such a stand-up guy! I recently owned up a law practice and Dave actually invited me to his office to teach me about personal injury law! Who would be willing to give the secrets of the trade to a potential future competitor? His response, "There's plenty of work to go around."

I remain in awe with his compassionate, effective way of connecting with his clients, understanding their needs, and zealously advocating for a prompt settlement on their behalf. He works tirelessly and efficiently and frequently answers client calls after hours. His empathy is unlike any I've ever seen in an attorney and I am so proud to call him a mentor.

Dave, you deserve every ounce of your success! Thank you for going above and beyond for your clients and for other professionals like me.

I had the pleasure of speaking with David from Ganderton Law LLC, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I reached out, David was immediately available to address all my questions and concerns. He provided insightful and sound advice, making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. This level of service is truly what every attorney should strive for. Thankfully, after speaking with David, I realized I didn't need to retain an attorney at this time, but if I ever do, Ganderton Law will be my first choice. I will gladly recommend them to my customers, family, and friends. Thank you again, David! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Ganderton Law Firm- an Exceptional Attorney, Knowledgeable, Kind, and Truly Goes Above & Beyond!
Everyone at the Ganderton Law firm treated me with kindness and respect.
I cannot recommend Dave Ganderton highly enough! From the moment I first spoke with him, I was immediately put at ease by his approachable and compassionate nature. He is incredibly easy to talk to, and his kindness and professionalism made what could have been a stressful legal process so much smoother.

Initially, I was only aware of his expertise in personal injury law, but I was truly impressed by his vast knowledge of all aspects of the legal system. No matter the issue, he had the insight and experience to guide me through it. Not only did he provide outstanding legal advice, but he also went above and beyond to gather the information I needed to strengthen my case. His dedication and attention to detail were truly remarkable.

Thanks to Dave’s support and expertise, everything worked out in my favor, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you are looking for an attorney who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about his clients, Dave Ganderton is the one you want by your side. It was nice being able to call and speak directly to Dave as well unlike these big law firms that see you as a number/paycheck. Dave has a great sense of humor as well :)

Dave has been great! We met months before we were in an accident. If I hadn't met him before we actually needed him, I would not have understood the importance of having representation after a car accident. Dave's guidance in navigating the course after an accident has been very helpful. He has recommended some very helpful medical professionals, and given us a great understanding of the process we are going through. Highly recommend him if you are looking for an attorney who cares.

Being in a car accident is LIFE CHANGING Especially if it’s your first one. There’s Dr. appointments, insurance claims to navigate and tons of paperwork. It all seems so overwhelming. I’ve worked with Dave Ganderton at Ganderton law and know that he is ready, willing and able to remove all the stress, so that all you have to focus on is getting better. David Ganderton has been advocating for clients for years and it shows in everything he does. He is available, compassionate for his clients and most importantly knows how to fight in the courtroom. I highly recommend Dave and Ganderton Law.

David Ganderton was SO helpful - by far the most helpful lawyer/law firm I spoke to out of about a dozen I tried. He not only personally called me back after I left a message, but he spent a good amount of time talking to me and explaining things to me just because he is kind. I got a ticket that seemed like a huge deal and he reassured me that it really wasn't (despite plenty of other law firms advising me that I could end up in jail, etc. if I didn't get a lawyer very quickly). He actually gave me advice that allowed me to confidently handle my court date myself, and I had an even better outcome than I could have imagined. And he charged me NOTHING and advised that I could hire and pay him to handle it for me, but that there likely wouldn't be any difference than if I did xyz myself. At least 3 of the other law firms I called wanted to charge me $5-8k, and that was after only consulting with their paralegal - they wouldn't even let me talk to a lawyer, despite me offering to pay whatever their hourly rate is. They all wanted a contract and a large sum to speak to anyone other than a paralegal. I was able to consult with a couple lawyers from other firms too, but each one of them was very rude, would interrupt me when I was speaking and just spoke very condescendingly to me in general. It made me incredibly anxious to continue to call lawyers, so I was rambling a bit due to just being so nervous about the whole thing, and David handled it with such compassion and patience. I will absolutely go to him right away if I ever need a lawyer within his wheelhouse. Thank you so much, David!

I cannot say enough about Dave. I was bitten by a dog in March '24 and lost the use of my right arm for quite a while. The dog owner was avoiding ever attempt to be contacted for information or court summons. After 5 months of work, and working with Animal Control, the dog owner was finally serviced with NOW criminal assault charges. The "Big Name" lawyers in town turned me down cold. Ganderton Law took my case without hesitation, and communicated any changes, positive or negative so I knew what progress was happening.
If you want a TRUE "Fight for You" lawyer, call Ganderton Law.

Dave Ganderton is a fantastic personal injury lawyer! He will let you know EXACTLY what to expect from his services upfront before you sign any contracts, but trust me you’ll want to sign the contract! As he’ll tell you, he only gets paid if you get paid, he will be truly on your side and puts in maximum effort to get you everything you deserve! He went to work on my case IMMEDIATELY after I contacted him, was excellent at communicating and updating me, handled everything with barely anything needed from me and got me a larger settlement than I expected! I will recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I have had a great experience working with Dave! I was involved in a car accident in 2021 which totaled my car and I also sustained some injuries from the accident. Dave guided me through what I should do in order to try to get my health back in order. He then worked with the insurance company of the at-fault driver and got me a sizeable sum of money for the injuries I sustained.

When I call, Dave usually answers the phone. Not some admin or paralegal, but Dave himself. It was nice to feel prioritized. I would always recommend Frederick Ganderton to anyone!

Dave Ganderton was absolutely amazing. My wife had a personal injury at local sports venue and had to go to the emergency room for stitches, cleaning, and x-rays. We ended up having multiple medical bills that were not covered by insurance. We originally talked to a different attorney that was not able to help us but Dave came along side us and made the process easy and enjoyable. He gave us our options and helped us get back all of our money. I would recommend Ganderton Law to anyone who has been injured and needs legal help. You will not be disappointed.

I had him reach out to Dave Ganderton, and he has been thanking me ever since. Dave's experience and compassion made his firm an obvious choice. He met with him directly, and guided him through the processes to make him whole again. My family has used Dave Ganderton of Frederick and Ganderton for over 10 years and I wouldn't recommend another attorney. Mr Ganderton not only goes above and beyond for his clients but he communicates every step of the way. Frederick and Ganderton cover the entire front range of Colorado and they're willing and able to meet you wherever your case and trial is. I had a special case that not many people have. I was involved in 2 different wrecks within 30 seconds of each other. Mr Ganderton was able to get the max payments out of all 3 insurance companies, all while I recovered from the wreck. I didn't have to do anything, he did it all. I could not be more appreciative of Mr Ganderton. I recommend his firm for any and all legal situations. Thank you Mr Ganderton.
